In addition, the firm advises on the general requirements for doing business in Nigeria in compliance with Nigerian Company law regulations. This involves the incorporation of the company and all matters incidental thereto, processing of various annual returns, mergers, reconstruction and winding-up, searches at the Corporate Affairs Commission and registration of the Company with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), obtaining Business permits, etc.
